Traditional approaches do not always provide effective solutions. This Erasmus+ Staff Training Week introduces participants to modern thinking frameworks that help transform challenges into opportunities and ideas into action.

How will you learn? Training Structure The training takes place in Timișoara, Romania, a vibrant multicultural city and European Capital of Culture 2023. The programme includes 25 contact hours delivered from Monday to Friday, combining presentations, workshops, and hands-on activities.

Upon completion, participants receive an Erasmus+ Staff Mobility (STT) Certificate.

Erasmus+ Funding The programme is fully eligible for Erasmus+ Staff Training (STT) mobility funding.

Participants may apply for Erasmus+ grants through their home institutions. We provide all required supporting documentation, including: Invitation letter Training curriculum Certificate of attendance

What is the cost of the programme? €400 per participant (shared room) €500 per participant (single room)
