About this event
The Erasmus+ STT week on Project Management for Higher Education equips participants with the knowledge, practical tools and confidence to successfully design, implement and manage projects within the academic environment.
Through a highly interactive learning experience, participants explore the entire project life cycle—from project design and planning to implementation, monitoring, dissemination and evaluation—using internationally recognised project management methodologies adapted to higher education. Workshops, simulations and real-life case studies help participants strengthen essential competencies such as strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, teamwork, communication and problem-solving.
By the end of the programme, participants will be better prepared to lead projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contribute to initiatives that create lasting impact within their institutions.
Whom does it address? The programme is designed for teaching staff, administrative professionals, researchers and PhD candidates with an English proficiency level of B1 or above who wish to develop or strengthen their project management skills in a higher education context.
