This program is designed for members of the academic community with an English level of B1 or above, including: Teaching staff Administrative staff PhD candidates Researchers Academic support personnel It is ideal for professionals seeking to strengthen their communication impact and professional confidence.
How do I register and how long does it take to know if I am selected? Registration is completed by filling in the application form available here. We usually confirm applications within two working days. Spots get secured by payment of the training fee based on a first come, first served basis.

Program Structure Duration: 25 hours (Monday–Friday) Format: Interactive workshops, short input sessions, case studies, role-play, and one-to-one coaching Approach: Experiential, dialogue-based, and practice-oriented Participants receive an Erasmus+ Staff Mobility (STT) Certificate upon completion.
Funding The training is eligible for Erasmus+ Staff Training (STT) mobility grants.
We provide all necessary documentation: Invitation letter Training curriculum Certificate of attendance Participants apply for funding through their home institutions.
Program Fee €400 per participant (shared room) €500 per participant (single room)
The programme fee includes: A complete training programme delivered by experienced trainers Accommodation in our comfortable 3★ facility for the duration of the programme Daily continental breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, milk, toast, butter, jam, cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit) Coffee breaks and refreshments during the training sessions Welcome pack All training materials and learning resources Certificate of Completion (issued upon successful participation) Free Wi-Fi throughout the venue Access to the training facilities outside scheduled sessions Networking opportunities with participants from different countries On-site coordination and participant support throughout the week
